Marketing Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the main goals and plans of the company's marketing work, developing, participating in, or assisting the upper level in implementing relevant policies and systems.

2. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training, and evaluation of department employees.

3. Maintain communication with sales, service, and other departments to analyze market trends, customer needs, and resource integration.

4. Responsible for advertising and promotional plans, exhibition activities, etc. related to sales, and responsible for their planning, execution, and evaluation.

5. Conduct business research and provide market positioning analysis reports for products and services.

6. Promote new products and coordinate related matters.

7. Be responsible for the optimization of the company's official website, the improvement and promotion of the company's official account.

8. Review and implement the online sales plan for the company's products.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing or enterprise management is preferred.

2. Familiar with the manufacturing industry, with good management knowledge and practical marketing experience in the industry is preferred.

3. Has a keen sense of the market and is skilled in improving the operational performance of the sales department based on actual situations.

4. Has good affinity, excellent adaptability, independent learning ability, and a good team spirit.

5. I have rich experience in online and offline operations and management.
